Agentic AI & Dialog Improvements

• Agent-Supplied Grammar Override - DiaManT® 10.45.0 lets an agent's Ask action return its own speech and DTMF grammar, which DiaManT now uses instead of the default agentic grammar, giving agent designers finer control over recognition per step.

• Barge-In for Agents - DiaManT 10.46.0 lets callers interrupt an AI agent mid-response, matching standard voice interaction behavior.

• Per-Agent Speech Recognition Tuning - Applications running several voice agents can now set separate recognition rules and boosted vocabulary for each agent and language, keeping accuracy high for agents that handle distinct vocabularies such as product names or account terms.

• Automatic PCI Data Protection During Voice Biometric Enrollment - OCP VB Agent-side Authentication® enrollment and verification (Agent VB Middleware 6.21.0) now automatically detect and set aside recorded speech containing sensitive payment card data, protecting customers without extra agent effort.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Routing Verification for Concierge Agent Tests - OCP Testing Studio® 1.22.0 can now confirm a Concierge Agent routes conversations to the correct destination, not just that the reply text matches, catching routing regressions a text-only comparison would miss.

• Automated Route Testing for Concierge Agents - Test scenarios can be generated automatically for every routing destination a Concierge Agent supports, speeding up coverage of routing logic.

• Open-Ended Goal Checks - Test scenarios can include a plain-language goal, such as confirming an agent offers a discount, instead of requiring an exact-match answer.

• Clearer Partial Test Results - Results now distinguish passed, partially passed, failed, and unchecked outcomes, making it easier to see when a scenario partly succeeded.

• Re-run Only Failed Test Cases - A completed test run can be repeated for just its failed cases, saving time when verifying a fix.

• Unified Inputs Column for Test Data - Test scenario inputs now export and import through a single CSV column with automatic delimiter detection, simplifying test data exchange.

Speech Recognition & Synthesis

• More Reliable Number Transcription - deepASR® (STT 8.9.0) improves post-processing accuracy when converting spoken numbers into digits, and captures complete final transcriptions for GENERIC ASR (Logos models) more reliably.

• Uninterrupted Streaming After Quiet Periods - OCP Conversational Text-to-Speech® (Audio Hub 7.3.2) no longer fails on the first request after a period of low traffic; the connection to the speech engine is kept warm and failed first-chunk requests retry automatically.

• Correct Voice Selection - Requests for a specific voice from Omilia's newest voice family are now honoured consistently, instead of silently falling back to the deployment's default voice.

• Spanish and Colombian Spanish Verbalization Fixes - TTS 3.2.0 corrects pronunciation of chained letters, sentence-opening abbreviations, and address unit designators, plus decimal, currency, and subunit reading in Colombian Spanish.

• Lexis Voice Stability - TTS 3.2.1 removes GPU crashes under sustained high-concurrency traffic, adds an automatic hallucination guardrail with retry, and improves punctuation, numeric sequence, and telephone-number reading across supported locales.

NLU & Language Coverage

• Multi-Intent Recognition Expands to More Languages - OCP NLU 1.17.0 extends multi-intent recognition beyond English to Greek, Spanish, German, and French, letting the system detect multiple customer intents in a single utterance.

• Larger File Uploads - OCP NLU 1.16.0 raises the training and evaluation upload limit from 10 MB to 15 MB.

• Cross-Validation Results Travel With Your Model - Exporting, importing, or snapshotting a model now automatically carries its cross-validation results along with it.

• OCP Console® Overhaul, Phase Two - Continued refresh of modals, drawers, input fields, and data tables for a more consistent look and feel, toggled through a feature flag.

• New and Enhanced deepNLU® xPacks - OXP 1.19.2 adds a new fr-BE Universal xPack; OXP 1.20.0 adds an enhanced pt-PT Universal+ xPack with address recognition, plus accuracy improvements to the en-US, es-US, and uk-UA Universal xPacks.

Connectivity & Integration Updates

• Ignore Errors Now Covers Muting Failures - AGI-Connector 4.23.1 lets a group configured to ignore call-recording errors also ignore a muting failure instead of escalating it to a critical error that could transfer or terminate the call. Each occurrence is still logged for review.

• Consistent Call Recording on Split Traffic - Recording now reliably follows the application that actually served a call when traffic for a number is split across applications by an app router.

• Reliable Sensitivity Flagging for Chat Input - Chat Connector 8.18.1 now consistently flags chat messages containing sensitive information such as passwords or PINs, so they're masked in transcripts and logs.

• Audit Events and Bring Your Own Key - Integration Configurations 1.13.0 adds audit-event reporting for configuration changes and lets stored credentials be encrypted with a customer-supplied key, with automatic expiry and cleanup. RingCentral SMS channel configuration also moves into Integration Configurations from miniApps.

Platform Operations

• Extended Locale Support - Deployment Service 1.6.0 adds support for 18 new locales, including Norwegian, Swedish, several Spanish and German variants, Filipino, Japanese, Mainland Chinese, Cantonese, Malay, Thai, Indonesian, and Hindi.

• Faster Response Times Under Load - Pathfinder 1.9.4 keeps authentication, search, and retrieval actions responsive during bursts of heavy concurrent usage.

• Restored Text-to-Speech Configuration Controls - Orchestrator 1.36.2 fixes a display issue where volume and rate settings were missing for certain locales, so they can be configured and saved reliably.

Copilot & Self-Learning Agents

• Self-Learning Agents Becomes an Independent Product - Self Learning Agents 1.15.0 now ships on its own release train, with test results that suggest concrete improvements you can review as a diff and apply to the test or the agent playbook, clearer Live/Ready status for learned FAQs, and automations traceable back to the calls they were built from.

• Steadier OCP CoPilot Experience - CoPilot 1.15.0 keeps your selected group applied across new conversations, fixes scrolling on the home and onboarding screens, and surfaces clearer administration error messages.
