OCP 3.1.0 delivers a major leap in analytics and observability with the launch of Metrics API 3.4 and the unified "single pane of glass" experience in OCP Insights, brings the new Console Overhaul visual design to Environments Manager and Integration Configurations, expands NLU language and address coverage for German and Ukrainian, and continues hardening recording reliability and security across the platform.

Analytics & Observability

• Generic Metrics Engine (Metrics API 3.4.0) - Query any available metric across any time range with the filters and groupings that match your operations, no longer limited to fixed pre-built views. Built-in aggregations (total, average, min, max, count) and percentage calculations make it straightforward to answer questions like what proportion of interactions resulted in an error?

• Composite Metrics - Derive richer indicators such as success rates and efficiency ratios directly within the platform, without post-processing in external tools.

• ASR Failure Tracking at miniApp Level - A new metrics category captures ASR failure rates in 5-minute intervals at the miniApp level, giving operations and quality teams a unified view of speech recognition performance.

• CSV Export & Timezone Support - Export metric results directly to CSV and report time-based data in the timezone relevant to your operations rather than defaulting to UTC.

• Data Discovery & Admin-Level Access - Authorized users can discover available metrics tables and their structure without internal documentation. Administrators gain a dedicated set of organization-scoped metrics views.

• Agent Assist Reporting - Comprehensive new reporting for Agent Assist, including live agent call volume and AHT, business flow completion, intents identified, skill performance, and per-agent uplift analysis.

• Metrics API v2 Deprecation - Metrics API v2 is officially deprecated with this release; customers should begin planning migration to the new endpoints.

Unified Monitoring with OCP Insights 1.24.0

• Single Pane of Glass - Track a customer's journey from the first "hello" with the virtual agent through to resolution with a live representative without switching contexts. A consolidated interface eliminates data silos across automated and human-assisted interactions.

• Advanced & Pinned Filtering - Drill into specific use cases with granular filters by intent, duration, and transition points (for example, virtual-to-live handoffs). Selected filters appear as interactive tags that can be updated or cleared without reopening the filter menu.

• New Filter Criteria - Toggle between production and test-flagged dialogs to isolate QA results, and filter by transfer reason (user request, intent not recognized, system error).

• One-Click Testing Studio Integration - Send filtered datasets and specific call examples directly from Insights to Testing Studio, moving seamlessly from analysis to optimization.

• Post-Call Summary in Dialog Review - When enabled, post-call summaries serve as a final validation of the entire reasoning chain and let users review or search lengthy conversations more efficiently.

Console Overhaul & Administration

• Refreshed Console Visual Design - Environments Manager and Integration Configurations now feature updated colors, typography, icons, spacing, and illustrations as part of the OCP Console Overhaul initiative.

• Global TTS Configuration (Environments Manager 1.26.0) - Orchestrator now supports Global TTS configurations at the application level, overriding per-miniApp TTS settings. Environments Manager carries these settings over through application export and import.

• Agentic Application Support - Environments Manager now supports exporting, importing, and promoting applications of the new "Agentic" type.

• Environments Manager Audit Events in Console - Audit events produced by Environments Manager are now surfaced in the dedicated Console section.

• Full Keyboard Accessibility (Integration Configurations 1.11.0) - The OCP Console now supports full keyboard navigation in compliance with the European Accessibility Act, covering tables, modals, custom components (accordions, tabs, menus), and the Full Call Recording page.

Recording, Privacy & Compliance

• WCR Redaction Configuration per Group - Administrators can now configure Whole Call Recording redaction settings on a per-group basis, selectively redacting PII entity types (names, phone numbers, e-mails, card data) per application group for finer control over sensitive data in recordings.

• WCR Redaction UI - A new redaction configuration panel on the Whole Call Recording page lets administrators manage PII redaction settings directly from the UI.

• PGP-Encrypted Batch Exports (Exports Service 1.11.0) - Batch export requests now support PGP encryption to secure user exports end-to-end. Permissions and policy setup for environment deployment are also automated, and structure-table exports are restricted to the admin area.

Connectivity & Integration Updates

• Recording Reliability on Transfer (AGI Connector 4.21.0) - Fixed a race condition that caused corrupted or incomplete call recording files when calls were transferred. Recordings are now reliably captured in full for transferred calls.

• Accurate Speech Error Reporting - TTS and speech recognition errors are now correctly classified when sent to the dialogue engine, enabling proper fallback behavior and more reliable handling of speech failures.

• Enhanced deepASR Integration - The AGI Connector now passes deepASR's native recognition output directly to the dialogue engine, improving accuracy and ensuring better forward compatibility.

• Genesys Support in Frankfurt - The AGI Connector is now enabled for Genesys-based deployments in the Frankfurt region.

• Gradual Traffic Rollback - Release managers can now decrease a traffic routing step during a gradual deployment, reverting to the previous step without deleting the entire router — a safer rollback path for canary deployments.

• App Tag in Number Sets UI - The assigned App Tag is now visible as a subtitle under the Application name in the Number Sets table, letting users verify routing changes between App Tags of the same application without leaving the UI.

• Flexible Group Reassignment for Numbers - Users can now change the group of numbers that are part of a set, with a confirmation modal warning that numbers will be removed from the set.

Speech Synthesis Refinements (TTS 2.6.1)

• Greek Numeric Verbalization - Greek numbers with leading zeros are now spoken individually (for example, "007" → "μηδέν μηδέν επτά") on the Frankfurt environment, and Greek number gender agreement is fixed so numbers match the gender of the following noun.

• Smoother Greek Compound Numbers - More natural pronunciation of Greek compound numbers in the 21–99 range.

• Letter-Like-Word Spelling - Fixed letter spelling in "letter, like word" / "γράμμα, όπως λέξη" patterns for en-US and el-GR.

• Improved Stability Under Load - Improved stability of selected voices under high concurrent traffic, alongside security vulnerability fixes.

Broader Language & NLU Capabilities (xPacks 1.15.0)

• Comprehensive German Address Recognition - The de-DE Universal xPack introduces rule-based address recognition with new entities for Apartment, ApartmentNumber, Floor, and FloorNumber, enhanced DEPostalCode contextual awareness, expanded street-type and regional coverage, and direction support (West, Nord, Süd, Ost) for better disambiguation.

• German & Ukrainian Address xPacks - New de-DE Universal+ v3.16.0 and uk-UA Universal+ v3.6.0 xPacks add location-related entity recognition (DEStreet / UAStreet, StreetNumber, StreetName) for end-to-end address handling in German and Ukrainian.

• el-GR Energy xPack - New public StartDate and EndDate entities, multi-valued Numeric, and context-aware date understanding land in the Greek Energy xPack.

• NLU Accuracy Improvements Across Languages - Updated xPacks for en-US, en-GB, en-AU, pt-BR, pt-PT, el-GR (Universal, Banking 2.0, Telco, Energy) deliver accuracy improvements for entities including Alphanumeric, CONVENTIONAL, Numeric, Year, ACCEPT, DIALOGACT, YesNo, UKPostcode, and double-intent REQUEST detection.

Agentic AI & Orchestration

• Orchestrator 1.33.0 - Continues to strengthen agentic flows and overall orchestration reliability, building on the agent and MCP improvements introduced in 1.32.0.

• Dialogs API 3.1.0 - Adds support for searching by test flag, enabling cleaner separation of QA and production dialog data.

Testing & Quality

• Testing Studio+ 1.17.2 - Includes security patches and maintenance updates (cumulative with 1.17.1) to keep test environments secure and stable.
