OCP 2.13.0 expands language coverage, strengthens NLU contextualization, improves agent transfer experiences in Salesforce, and brings meaningful usability upgrades across miniApps, Orchestrator, and Testing Studio+. The release also includes targeted security and performance hardening across the platform.

Broader Language & NLU Capabilities

• New Italian (it-IT) Language Support - End-to-end Italian support is now available, including a new it-IT Universal deepNLU® xPack v3.1.0 and full it-IT locale support in miniApps, enabling OCP deployments to address Italian-speaking customers.

• NLU Contextualization - The NLU model now supports context rules, allowing more accurate intent recognition based on the conversation context and reducing misinterpretations in complex dialogs.

• NLU Accuracy Improvements Across 12 Languages - Updated xPacks for en-US, en-GB, en-AU, es-US, es-ES, fr-FR, fr-CA, pt-BR, pt-PT deliver targeted accuracy improvements for entities such as Alphanumeric, DIALOGACT, AGENT_REQUEST, Month, Hour, Year, DayOfMonth, USCity, and CONVENTIONAL, plus dictionary clean-ups and resolved interpretation inconsistencies.

• Full NLU Model Evaluation - Full evaluation now includes the rule-based part of the model, giving teams a more complete view of model quality before deployment.

• Group Configuration Management - Administrators can now manage group limits and ASR adaptation enablement directly from NLU, simplifying environment configuration.

Smarter miniApps & Dialog Experiences

• Support for Large Amounts - The Amount miniApp now supports values greater than 2.1 billion, removing a long-standing limit for high-value transaction flows.

• Custom NLU Tags for Suggestions - Designers can now assign a dedicated NLU tag to suggestions, enabling more granular intent handling and reporting on suggestion-driven interactions.

• Configurable Repeat Handling - The maximum number of repeat requests for the virtual assistant is now configurable, letting teams fine-tune caller experience for repetition-heavy flows.

• Yes/No miniApp Success Prompts - The Yes/No miniApp can now play a success message before ending, delivering smoother and more natural caller experiences.

• Improved Validation Behavior - Prompts, barge-in settings, and invalid-input messages are now selected more consistently, leading to more predictable and reliable interactions.

Agentic AI & Orchestration

• Agent Types Visible in Orchestrator - Concierge Agent and Task Agent types are now clearly displayed in the Orchestrator UI, ensuring tools are correctly scoped to Task Agents and reducing configuration errors.

• Separate Agents in Sidebar - The Orchestrator sidebar now shows separate agents distinctly, improving navigation in complex multi-agent designs.

• Global TTS Updates - Orchestrator-level updates ensure consistent text-to-speech behavior across agentic flows.

Connectivity & Integration Updates

• Salesforce Messaging for In-App and Web (MIAW) - A new Chat Connector integration module enables seamless agent transfers within Salesforce MIAW, providing a richer contact center handoff for customers using Salesforce.

• Better Conversation Visibility in Insights Monitor - Rich content such as button selections, dates, and form inputs is now displayed correctly in Insights Monitor, giving supervisors a complete view of conversations.

• Chat Connector Stability & Performance - Optimized resource usage during high-volume Salesforce interactions, improved reliability during peak load and Redis failover, and resolved multi-tab chat session handling.

• Optimized AGI Connector Audio Processing - Improved automatic codec matching between telephony channels and speech recognition services delivers reduced latency and improved audio quality, particularly for mixed G.711 μ-law / A-law deployments.

Speech & Biometrics

• Liveness Detection 5.2.0 - Migrated to ARM-based images and a modern high-performance dependency manager for faster builds and improved cross-platform support, along with code optimization for the Liveness Detection and RA Detection services for enhanced security and model performance.

• TTS Security Updates - Security hardening applied to the text-to-speech service.

Console & Administration

• OCP® CoPilot in Console - The OCP® CoPilot element is now enabled on the admin interface, bringing AI-assisted help directly into the Console experience.

• NLU xPack Lifecycle Management - Administrators can delete all deprecated xPacks at once and unlock stuck checkout processes, with clearer log messages throughout. ONS audit events are now forwarded to the Console.

Testing & Quality

• Testing Studio+ 1.17.0 - New capabilities include downloading project test files, deleting project test folders, including simulation data on test case generation, selecting a test suite during test case generation, audit event log integration with Console, and keyboard navigation improvements.

• Synchronous & Asynchronous Test Uploads - Project tests now support both sync and async upload modes (delivered in 1.15.1), with fixes for auto-generated test cases being overwritten and file content highlighting.

Security & Vulnerability Updates

• Platform-wide hardening - This release includes security patches and resolved vulnerabilities across AGI Connector, Chat Connector, Liveness Detection, TTS, and ONS, along with NLU® Engine 9.0.2 and ML Server 3.3.0 integration updates.
