OCP 3.2.0 significantly expands language coverage with seven new NLU locales, introduces the Ukrainian Olesia TTS voice, and brings notable usability and accessibility improvements to the NLU console. The release also delivers smarter URL and email verbalization across all locales, refined xPack accuracy for Alphanumeric and Numeric entities, and continued security hardening across the platform.

Broader Language & NLU Capabilities

• Seven New NLU Locales (NLU 1.13.0) - OCP Conversational Natural Language® now supports Swedish (sv-SE), Norwegian (no-NO), Dutch Belgium (nl-BE), Dutch Netherlands (nl-NL), Polish (pl-PL), Hebrew (he-IL), and Danish (da-DK), opening up OCP deployments to significantly more markets.

• Smarter Entity Value Suggestions - The entity suggestion feature now includes a mandatory description field and an optional system prompt field, letting designers guide the AI-generated lexicon more precisely and produce more relevant entity values.

• Dictionary Upload for xPack Entities - CSV files can now be uploaded to add values and alternatives to xPack entities, making it easier to extend pre-built entity definitions without manual entry.

• Larger Training Datasets for English - The file size limit for DistilBERT models has been increased from 1MB to 3MB, allowing larger training datasets for English models.

• Group-Level NextGen Control - Administrators can now enable or disable NextGen application creation at the group level for granular control over feature rollout.

• Business-Critical Application Protection - Applications marked as business-critical are now kept running indefinitely regardless of idle period, ensuring uninterrupted service for production deployments.

• Artifact Renaming via API - A new API endpoint enables renaming of existing artifacts, making it easier to keep project organization accurate over time.

NLU Console Experience & Accessibility

• Refreshed NLU Console - The console interface has been updated with new colors, typography, icons, spacing, and illustrations as part of the OCP Console Overhaul initiative, delivering a more modern and consistent user experience.

• WCAG 2.1 AA Zoom Support - The NLU user interface now maintains full functionality at 200% zoom, meeting WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards for users with visual impairments.

• Enhanced Context Rule Formatting - The context rule panel now provides clearer instructions and tooltips for advanced formatting options, making complex context rules easier to configure.

• Deployment Status Warning - When viewing an artifact that is already deployed, a warning message now appears to remind users that only one deployment per artifact is allowed.

• Improved Error Messaging - When the NLU Engine is temporarily unavailable, the system now returns a clear warning instead of a generic error, simplifying troubleshooting.

Speech Synthesis Advancements (TTS 2.7.0)

• New Ukrainian Olesia Voice - A new female Omilia Ukrainian voice, Olesia v1.0.0, is now available with a professional, grounded style — bringing high-quality TTS to Ukrainian-language deployments.

• Improved URL & Email Verbalization Across All Locales - Significant improvements to how URLs and email addresses are spoken: equal signs, port-number colons, percent-encoded characters, and IP addresses are now pronounced clearly; FTP-prefix and slash/dash pronunciation in en-GB are fixed for natural-sounding output.

• Lexicon Extensions - English Oliver (Happy v1.0.5, base v1.1.3) and Greek Nefeli (v1.1.3) voices receive lexicon extensions, broadening pronunciation coverage.

• SSML Dash Handling (en-US) - Dashes within SSML tags are now correctly parsed and handled, ensuring reliable audio generation.

• Security Patches - Includes security hardening for the TTS service.

xPack Accuracy Improvements (OXP 1.16.0)

• Multi-Tracking-Number Recognition - en-US, en-GB, en-AU Universal and Universal+ xPacks now correctly detect multiple consecutive 13-digit numeric tracking numbers separated by a single space as distinct Alphanumeric entities in chat, with an extraction fix for cases where a preceding colon previously caused incomplete capture.

• German "Anything Else" Step - Improved detection of DIALOGACT with NEW_TASK value in the "Anything else" step for de-DE Universal and Universal+ xPacks.

• Portuguese Numeric Logic - Multi-value resolution for ambiguous spoken numbers (for example, "oitocentos oito" can now correctly resolve to both 808 and 800 8 based on context), plus hesitation markers no longer split a numeric sequence into separate entities — applied to pt-BR and pt-PT Universal xPacks.

• Ukrainian Dialog & Address Recognition - Improved dialog act recognition for agent-transfer and repeat requests, reduced Yes/No misclassification interference with REPEAT_REQUEST, enhanced UALocationIndicator generation, and refined Ukrainian location disambiguation between UACity, UAVillage, and UASettlement.

Connectivity & Recording Reliability

• Reliable FCR Recording Filenames (AGI Connector 4.21.1) - Fixed an issue where the connector built the call recording filename using the wrong group identifier, causing recordings to be filed under an unexpected group. FCR recordings now consistently land in the expected audio group.

• Security Patch - High-severity CVE in logback-classic (CVE-2025-11226) has been remediated.

Identity & Access Management

• IAM 3.10.0 Continued Rollout - The IAM 3.10.0 release — with mandatory PAT expiration, PAT expiration email warnings, organisation policy management, and audit logs admin view — is now confirmed for the OCP 3.2.0 deployment cycle.

Console Administration

• Console 1.20.0 Continued Rollout - The Console 1.20.0 release — with OCP Emails, the Environments Manager admin entry, and comprehensive keyboard navigation — is now confirmed for the OCP 3.2.0 deployment cycle.

Platform Integration (NLU)

• AWS MSK IAM Authentication for Kafka - The platform now supports AWS MSK IAM authentication for Kafka connections, enhancing security and simplifying credential management in cloud environments.

• ML Model ID in xPack Response - The xPack API response now includes the associated ML Model ID, making it easier to track versions and perform rollbacks.

• Simplified Resource Limits - Resource limitation logic now prioritizes group-level limits over environment variables, delivering more predictable and manageable resource allocation.

Testing & Quality

• Testing Studio+ 1.17.3 - Maintenance release with stability and security improvements building on 1.17.2.
