What's New in OCP 3.0.0

OCP 3.0.0 is a milestone release that brings agentic AI capabilities to the forefront, expands language coverage with Serbian, introduces enterprise email orchestration in the Console, and delivers comprehensive accessibility improvements across the platform. The release also strengthens speech synthesis with new SSML support, sharpens NLU accuracy across more than a dozen languages, and applies platform-wide security hardening.

Agentic AI & Orchestration

  • Standalone Agent Tasks (DiaManT® 10.40.0) - DiaManT now supports standalone agent tasks with full input/output field handling, enabling more modular and reusable agentic flow design.

  • Stronger Agentic Agents & MCP Integrations (Orchestrator 1.32.0) - Task agents and MCP tools are now easier to configure, safer to use, and better validated, with improved canvas UX and direct navigation from chat to dialog logs.

  • More Reliable Routing & Conditions - Routing, conditions, queues, and TTS behavior are now more robust, reducing misconfigurations and noisy errors in production agentic flows.

  • Modernized Runtime - Orchestrator infrastructure has been upgraded to Python 3.12 / Debian Trixie with refreshed dependencies for improved security and long-term stability.

Enterprise Email & Console Capabilities

  • OCP Emails (Console 1.20.0) - The Console now supports sending emails to internal and external users, with templating, delivery status tracking, and the ability to schedule messages for future dates or recurring delivery — turning the Console into a richer operational hub.

  • Environments Manager Admin Interface - A new Environments Manager entry in the admin panel provides centralized access to deployment service configuration.

  • Expanded Email Capacity - The email creation interface now supports up to approximately 8,000 characters, significantly increasing content capacity.

  • Configurable Support Page - The "Create ticket" link on the Support page is now configurable, letting administrators point users to the right ticket creation form.

Accessibility (European Accessibility Act)

  • Comprehensive Keyboard Navigation - The Console header and main interface now support full keyboard navigation (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Escape, Arrow keys) across forms, tables, dialogs, accordions, and tabs.

  • Environments Manager Keyboard Support - Environments Manager now supports the keyboard commands required by the European Accessibility Act.

  • IAM Keyboard Navigation - IAM now supports keyboard navigation, completing accessibility coverage across the OCP administration experience.

Broader Language & NLU Capabilities

  • New Serbian (sr-RS) Language Support - End-to-end Serbian support arrives with a new sr-RS Universal deepNLU® xPack v3.2.0 and miniApps support for the Serbian locale.

  • Enhanced Address Support (NLU 1.12.0) - Address formatting and recognition have been expanded for German (de-DE) and Ukrainian (uk-UA) locales, with new structured Ukrainian address blocks delivered via the ru-UA xPacks.

  • Australian English ASR Adaptation - ASR adaptation is now enabled for en-AU, improving accuracy for Australian accents.

  • Flexible Entity Matching - Specific entities within a matching pattern can now be marked as optional, allowing for more natural and varied user inputs.

  • Global NLU Endpoints - New global endpoints simplify cross-region NLU integrations.

  • Advanced Intent Management - New disableIntentDefault tag and entity-trigger functionality allow specific intents to be automatically dropped or disabled in annotation responses.

  • NLU Accuracy Improvements Across Multiple Languages - Updated xPacks for en-US, en-GB, en-AU, pt-BR, pt-PT, el-GR, and ru-UA deliver accuracy improvements for entities including Alphanumeric, Amount, DIALOGACT, MonetaryAmount, SentimentDescriptor, REJECT, and more. The SentimentDescriptor entity now exposes polarity directly in its value.

  • el-GR Date & Numeric Enhancements - New public StartDate and EndDate entities, multi-valued Numeric, and context-aware date understanding for Greek Banking and Telco xPacks.

Smarter miniApps & Dialog Experiences

  • Automatic Sensitive-Data Masking - userFunction data is now automatically masked in logs, keeping miniApps more secure by default.

  • Unified Sensitivity Handling - miniApps' sensitive field handling now relies only on sensitivity type, keeping masking consistent and correct across configurations.

  • Cross-Domain NLU Linking - NLU apps can now be linked to a miniApp regardless of their domain, simplifying multi-domain deployments.

  • Custom Validation Facelift - The Custom Validation experience has been refreshed for clarity and ease of use.

  • Clearer WebService Timeouts - The WebService miniApp now uses clearer "Prompts" / "Critical prompt" labels and safe default limits for more reliable dialogs.

Speech Synthesis Advancements

  • SSML <phoneme> Tag Support (TTS 2.6.0) - TTS now supports the SSML <phoneme> tag (IPA and X-SAMPA) for precise custom pronunciations, giving designers fine-grained control over how words are spoken.

  • Smarter Article Pronunciation - Improved pronunciation of "the" depending on the following word, removing a long-standing source of unnatural prompts.

  • Cleaner Apostrophe Handling - Eliminated pauses caused by trailing apostrophes (for example, "customers' spending").

  • SSML <lang> Tag Accepted - The <lang> tag is now accepted in input prompts (no impact on verbalization).

  • Greek & English Improvements for el-GR Nefeli - Fixed pronunciation of selected Greek words and added missing English words.

Identity & Access Management

  • Personal Access Token Lifecycle (IAM 3.10.0) - PATs now have a mandatory expiration under 365 days, with automated email warnings of upcoming expiration.

  • Organisation Policy Management - Administrators can now create and edit organisation policies directly from IAM.

  • Audit Logs Admin View - A new audit logs admin view provides centralized visibility into IAM events.

  • Proactive User Lock Communication - Inactivity userlock warning emails are now sent 14, 7, and 2 days before deactivation, giving users clearer advance notice.

Connectivity & Deployment

  • AGI Connector 4.20.2 Recording Reliability - Fixed an issue where call recordings could become corrupted when picked up before finalization, ensuring complete and valid audio files. Includes security patches for High-severity CVEs.

  • Deployment Service 1.2.0 - Adds XSD validations for agent task inputs and outputs for five new locales (sr-RS, hr-HR, az-AZ, sv-SE, uz-UZ), and resolves application import issues by returning 200 OK instead of 409 Conflict when an app already exists.

  • Environments Manager Export Experience - Failed application exports now surface clearer error messages, a toast notifies users that exports run in the background, and the action has been renamed from "Download" to "Export" for accuracy.

Security & Vulnerability Updates

  • Platform-wide hardening - This release includes security patches and resolved vulnerabilities across AGI Connector, Console, IAM, TTS, NLU, miniApps, Environments Manager, and Orchestrator, along with refreshed dependencies and infrastructure upgrades.
