The OCP® Monitor allows the user to drill down to any conversation occurring within an OCP® application. It involves Orchestrator application dialogs, flows, and miniApp invocation, originating from calls or web-chat. The Monitor tab is the portal to understand every single detailed information about the system user interaction.
To access OCP® Monitor, go to Insights → Monitor tab in the side panel.
