The OCP® Monitor allows the user to drill down to any conversation occurring within an OCP® application. It involves Orchestrator application dialogs, flows, and miniApp invocation, originating from calls or web chat. The Monitor tab is the portal to understand every single detail about the system user interaction.
To access OCP® Monitor, go to Insights → Monitor tab in the side panel.
